Experience, however, has taught us that, in fact, injustice may be supported by regulation. Expanding the coverage from 1816 to 2015, Prof. Daniel Katz of Michigan State University and his two colleagues achieved a 70.2 percent accuracy on case outcomes of the Supreme Court of their 2017 examine. Similarly, Nikolaos Aletras of University College London and his group used machine learning to analyze case textual content of the European Court of Human Rights and reported a seventy nine percent accuracy on their consequence prediction. Students spent a day at the Supreme Court and heard a panel with women clerks to Supreme Court justices on a panel after which met with them in small groups. An examination of the American judicial system, highlighting state, native, and federal tribunals, together with an evaluation of their hierarchy, subject matter jurisdiction, and administration.
