Working primarily through arbitration on the Financial Business Regulatory Authority, the Securities Law Clinic gives legal companies to small traders in upstate New York who’ve been the victims of investment fraud. Staffed by lawyers and regulation college students, the Clinic supplies public authorized training, legal recommendation, and representation at courtroom for a wide range of prison, household and tenant-associated matters. Our Clinic is one of the only clinics in the nation devoted to representing detained immigrants before the immigration court — challenging conditions of confinement and contesting their confinement in federal court.
