Business Law Clinic college students meet with purchasers and incessantly draft contracts, advice letters, incorporation paperwork, and IRS filings associated to tax-exempt status. The Elder Regulation Clinic’s aim is to teach legislation students the sensible expertise to efficiently follow regulation, with a deal with legal issues affecting older adults.

Unusually for a Law School Clinic (subject to individual applications), the professional bono work we undertake is accessible to all students on qualifying law diploma courses at Plymouth College. The IP Law Clinic belongs to UConn’s Entrepreneurship and Innovation Consortium, a coalition of UConn applications, initiatives, actions, funding, and courses devoted to helping ideas succeed.
